Co-founder, president and CEO / CGO. David founded ArcStone in 1997 as a vehicle to develop his Internet consulting practice, and he continues to keep a keen eye on day-to-day operations. He also holds the demanding dual role of Chief Executive and Chief Guppy Officer (CGO).
